Atlantis Resorts & Residences' parent company Kerzner International Holdings announced that Siro, a lifestyle and fitness brand, would open its first hotel, Siro One Za'abeel, in Dubai in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Ithra Dubai, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai, is building One Za'abeel.
Additionally, Siro has revealed the newest addition to its ground-breaking ambassador programme, "Team Siro." Ramla Ali, a British-Somali professional boxer and humanitarian, joins British Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty and A.C. Milan in serving as advisors to Siro's growth. These ambassadors will help in developing the firm's custom training plans for rehabilitation, nutrition, and well-being.
SIRO’S FITNESS AND WELL-BEING PROGRAMME
Siro One Za'abeel will provide all-encompassing fitness and well-being programmes in a gorgeous hotel setting with breathtaking views of Dubai's cityscape. A team of fitness and wellbeing specialists will provide guests with expert instruction and coaching as they utilise the best facilities available. The five pillars of exercise, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness will be the emphasis of the programmes. Healthcare is therefore a key priority of the project.
Customers will have the opportunity to participate in a free 3D body scan to assess their physical fitness. The results of this will then provide the hotel's coaching team with information. This information can then be used to create individualised programmes that are catered to the guest's specific requirements and objectives.
Throughout their stay, visitors will also be supported by integrated digital technology. This includes a dedicated app, which will provide an all-encompassing experience from mobile check-in to nutrition tracking, gamification, and health monitoring.
SIRO’S STAND-OUT FITNESS CLUB
A cutting-edge fitness club spread across two stories will be the hotel's centrepiece. This will include a gym of at least 1,000 square metres in size, an area designated for yoga and meditation, plenty of studio space for group exercise courses, and access to nearby sporting fields. HIIT, cycling, boxing, and Pilates studios are among the additional amenities. Strength and conditioning, cardio, and free weights zones complete the list of available facilities.
At One Za'abeel, qualified trainers, coaches, nutritionists, and technologists will be available to assist visitors in choosing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Modern conveniences in the rooms include smart Aero Plush mattresses and recovery wardrobes. Also included are smart curtains connected to the Siro app alarm clock which will open gradually a few seconds before the alarm sounds to let natural light into the room. All of these features are designed to encourage restorative sleep. To lessen jet lag and facilitate restful sleep, the alarm will also be programmed to suit the visitor's circadian cycle.
A dedicated Recovery Lab will be available at Siro to offer a variety of specialised wellness therapies. Cryotherapy, infrared, and oxygen therapy are among the cutting-edge technologies that are accessible. Physiotherapy, acupuncture, and aided stretching are just a few of the supporting therapies. There will also be workshops and specialised sessions in breathing, meditation, and visualisation offered by committed mindfulness coaches.
FACILITATING A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH WITH LOCAL COMMUNITIES
Starting with One Za'abeel, integration into the local community is a primary goal for all Siro hotels. The company is creating a collaborative approach to offer educational and sports opportunities for nearby communities. Additionally, Siro will provide special tours at each stop for visitors to test their stamina and learn about the region through activities like cycling, sailing, trekking, climbing, and kitesurfing. In Dubai, Siro One Za'abeel will provide opportunities for paddle boarding in the Arabian Gulf, trekking in the Hatta Mountains, and biking in the Al Qudra Lakes.
ONE ZA’ABEEL’S FACILITIES AND STAND-OUT DESIGN
One Za'abeel, strategically placed at the gateway to Dubai's international financial sector, stands in the Za'abeel neighbourhood in the city's centre. The development is ultimately a representation of ambition, creativity, and the pioneering spirit of Dubai. Included at One Za'abeel are One&Only One Za'abeel, One&Only Private Homes, office space, a gallery, an opulent retail space, and a panoramic sky area. But most impressively, the world's longest cantilevered building, 'The Link' will be included in the two-tower, high-rise, mixed-use development. The Link intersects the two towers of One Za'abeel.
The Link also gives the impression that it is hovering between One Za'abeel's towers at an amazing 100 metres above the ground. The stand-out attraction is destined to become Dubai's newest must-visit lifestyle location in the sky. With a focus on high-end hospitality, the area will provide a tour of top-notch dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The centrepiece of The Link will be a spectacular swimming pool on The Link's roof. This pool will provide breath-taking 360-degree views of Dubai.
