Dubai's student housing market is set to benefit and provide new investment opportunities. The student housing sector is expected to grow over the coming years, supported by several key demand drivers, including a number of government initiatives. According to the CBRE report, there are currently three types of student housing in Dubai: on-campus accommodation, university-affiliated off-campus accommodation, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). The report also provides a market overview of existing and future supply and demand, with emphasis on key demand drivers such as government vision, government initiatives, and higher education expansion and program variety.
