During 2021, Cityscape Intelligence will be raising the curtain on the MENA region’s most ambitious projects.
By highlighting completed and future projects in the MENA region, the Cityscape Intelligence Awards aims to recognise real estate developers and architects for their ambitious strides in transforming the region’s real estate landscape.
Despite a challenging 2020, the real estate industry has shown resilience and Cityscape Intelligence is looking to honour that determination by highlighting the region’s finest real estate projects and the teams behind them.
Cityscape Intelligence kicks off the awards season by celebrating ongoing and future real estate projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (winners & shortlists listed here) with awards in Egypt and UAE to follow later this year.
Country awards will be held every quarter and will finally culminate in the Cityscape Intelligence MENA Awards at the end of the year, where our expert panel of judges will choose the top projects from each country.
Judges will be looking for projects that not only show architectural excellence but also speak to the changing and challenging climate.
All winning and shortlisted projects will be profiled on Cityscape Intelligence.
