Last week, Sharjah Sustainable City, developed by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) in partnership with Diamond Developers, announced strong sales in the first half of 2023. All four phases of the project have successfully launched, with phases 1 and 2 already sold out.
STRONG DEMAND FOR ECO-FRIENDLY VILLAS
Shurooq sold out the first two phases, which included 604 spacious and modern villas. Phase 3 also has limited availability remaining, with 90% of the villas already sold.
The company recently launched Phase 4 in May, offering 3-bedroom villas starting from AED 1.7 million. The company has already sold 35% of the 324 available units, and potential buyers are showing further interest.
