Major prime residential property developer Iman Developers from Dubai has unveiled The Grove, a nine-story building located in the Dubai Hills neighbourhood.
The Grove is Iman residential development's eighth project within its luxury residential portfolio. The new project has 121 apartments altogether. These include a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. In total, the value of the project is estimated at AED194 million (or $53 million).
LUXURY FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
According to the developer, the development will feature a modern lobby with double-height ceilings and luxurious decorations.
Numerous other top-of-the-range amenities are also available to residents. These luxury amenities include rooftop adults-only pools with jacuzzis, cabanas and decks with views of the lush Dubai Hills neighbourhood and a 25-meter recreational pool. Other facilities also include a half-court basketball court, a fully equipped gym, a green garden, a club lounge and a games area. But also, an indoor and outdoor kids' play area, an outdoor splash pad, and rooftop barbeque facilities are stand-out facilities available.
ATTENTIVE AND HIGH-QUALITY LIVING EXPERIENCE
Ismail Marfani, the director of Iman Developers stressed just how important providing a high-quality, luxury experience is. He expressed that with the impact that people's homes have on their quality of life, The Grove will feature high-end facilities and features to create a spectacular living experience. From the broader picture right down to the tiniest details, the project provides a seamless contemporary living environment.
Mr Marfani also highlights that the residential apartments will be between 414 and 477 square feet; 700 and 896 square feet; 1,078 square feet to 1,292 square feet; and 1,706 to 2,560 square feet, respectively.
UTILISING SUSTAINABLE PROPTECH INNOVATIONS
The apartments are also leveraging sustainable and smart PropTech to create efficient and cosy environments for residents to live in. Each apartment utilised Google Nest Thermostats that turn on and off based on consumption patterns. So, this provides a completely automated and clever way to save energy while also being an easy way to assist sustainable living.
Equally, the apartments have innovative security features such as smart door locks. These door locks include a fingerprint sensor built into the handle and enable one-grasp unlocking in addition to dual verification and concealed photo code protection.
When paired with the project's sustainability-driven approach, the current boom in the growth of luxury residential real estate in Dubai positions this development strongly towards the current market demands. So, it will undoubtedly be a popular development amongst both investors and future residents.
