Expo City Dubai announced the launch of Phase One of its new residential developments - Expo Valley and Expo Central. These new residential projects are reinventing urban living. They are creating a smart, environmentally friendly, and human-centric city of the future. The projects adhere to the best standards in innovation, sustainable design, and welfare. They are also a part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
EXPO VALLEY
The nearby Expo Valley supports environmental protection along with the health and happiness of its residents. There are modern, eco-friendly townhomes and villas in the area. They spread across a natural environment that looks out over a wadi, a lake, and a nature reserve. Given its topography, a microclimate exists that lowers temperatures. This unique microclimate creates a natural barrier to noise and dust. In the Expo Valley town, there are car-free roads, and bike and e-scooter tracks. There are also wellness, education, and leisure opportunities, farm-to-table eating, and accessible shopping. It boasts quick access to all of Expo City Dubai's attractions. This is thanks to a "green link" corridor for cyclists, walkers, and self-driving cars.
There are 165 units in the neighborhood's initial phase. This contains townhouses with three to four-bedroom, four and five-bedroom semi-detached villas, and five-bedroom independent villas. The prices start at AED3.4 million ($925,568), with completion scheduled for January 2026.
EXPO CENTRAL
Expo Central has three apartment clusters and it is in the centre of the World Expo site. Each of these clusters has a distinct target market and design philosophy. Mangrove Residences is the first cluster. It consists of three towers with views of Al Wasl Plaza and Jubilee Park. The city's amenities and attractions are only within a five-minute walk too. The first phase has 450 luxury residences with a starting price of AED 1.2 million. These are a selection of one- to three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom loft apartments, and three-bedroom townhouses. All these offer access to platform gardens and sky terraces as well as modern living spaces. Mangrove Residences has pedestrian-friendly streets and lively green public areas. It also features swimming pools, play areas, gyms, shops, and F&B outlets.
OPTIMISM SURROUNDING EXPO CITY DUBAI
Earlier this month, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received the development proposals from Expo City Dubai. According to Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer of Expo City Dubai, their goal is to create joyful, linked communities that have a common goal of giving more than they get. He expressed how “Expo Central and Expo Valley will redefine sustainable urban living, taking our high standards and everything you loved about Expo 2020 Dubai and more."
