Dubai developer, Deyaar, announced this week the launch of Jannat, the last residential district in its flagship community project Midtown. The development is set for completion by Q2 of 2026.
MIDTOWN COMMUNITY AND JANNAT DISTRICT
Midtown is an integrated community made up of six districts. This is then made up of twenty-four buildings and a large retail boulevard. Jannat, the final district, spans a built-up area of 521,400 sq ft and consists of two towers connected by a bridge.
CONVENIENT LOCATION AND AMENITIES
Jannat is in a strategic location in Dubai Production City (D.P.C.), at the heart of Midtown. Its prime location provides easy access to major highways, airports, transportation networks, and key destinations within Dubai.
The district overlooks a landscaped piazza that stretches for a kilometre. This features community parks, open lawns for gatherings, children's play areas, and relaxing spots. Additionally, there is a multi-utility retail boulevard offering fashion boutiques, bookshops, convenience stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes in proximity. So, there are a wide range of amenities in Jannat suitable for all.
CEO'S STATEMENT
Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, the CEO of Deyaar, expressed his excitement about the launch of Jannat. He emphasised how the company has and continues to make a positive contribution to Dubai's evolving skyline. In particular, he credited the company's "pursuit of superior quality, innovative design, and attention to detail" as being key factors here.
Al Qatami also highlighted Deyaar's successful track record of delivering projects on time and with exceptional quality. So, it goes without saying that Deyaar will follow this high standard when developing Jannat too.
