MAIN WORKS PACKAGE
Under this contract, MBCC will handle the main works package. This includes the full construction of the tower and the parking block. MBCC has expertise in large-scale projects in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Lebanon. They bring a strong reputation for quality and reliability to this project.
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS AND EXPECTED COMPLETION
Construction is already underway. Shoring and piling are complete. The focus has now shifted to the basement substructure. The next phases of development are set to begin soon.
The 52-storey tower has an expected completion date of the second quarter of 2027. This timeline reflects careful planning and coordination to ensure high-quality standards.
