The partnership between Binghatti and Jacob & Co has ambitions to break the record for the world’s tallest residential structure alongside the coining of a new term: hypertower.
Leading UAE real estate developer Binghatti has partnered with the renowned watch and jewellery brand Jacob & Company to construct the ultra-luxury Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences skyscraper in Dubai.
According to a statement from Binghatti, the two strong brands are aiming to break the record for the tallest residential structure in the world. They will strive to achieve this by combining their rich tradition and famous architectural styles with horological rules.
BACKGROUND ON THE SKYSCRAPER
The development portrays the innovative design styles of Binghatti and Jacob & Co. According to the developer, these styles will cohesively integrate as they reveal a distinctive external silhouette that embodies the ideals of both brands.
Interesting partnerships between luxury brands and premium real estate companies like these are becoming increasingly popular in Dubai and the broader MENA region. The collaboration between Dar Al Arkan and Pagani is another recent example of this. DAMAC Properties have also followed this trend by acquiring premium brands in recent years such as Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli and Swiss luxury jeweller de GRISOGONO.
A new term for luxury real estate has even been coined by Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences: hypertower. This extraordinary tower hopes to break the record for being one of the tallest residential buildings in the world, ushering in a new period of ultra-luxury living. It rises prominently in the centre of Dubai's Business Bay, Dubai's most notable financial district.
LUXURY FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
The proposed structure has over 100 stories and is made up of luxury two- and three-bedroom apartments.
A luxurious spa, a gym, and an infinity pool with a view of the entire Dubai skyline are just a few of the amenities that span the multiple levels. The devoted concierge staff in the hypertower also provides à la carte services like daycare, bodyguard, chauffeur, and private chef services. So, the new development will appeal to the uber-wealthy and those who want to experience the finest of luxury living.
The Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences' architecture is also symbolic of the baguette-cut jewels for which Jacob & Co is famed. So, the impressive structure will draw inspiration from horological and high jewellery aesthetics. Two collections will make up the entry-level housing options: The Sapphire Suite Collection, which consists of two-bedroom apartments, and The Emerald Suite Collection, which consists of three-bedroom homes.
Moreover, the penthouse collection's interior decor will be directly influenced by the unique characteristics of the brands. Within this penthouse collection, the Billionaire Penthouse, as its name suggests, is the stand-out penthouse in the hypertower. Equally, the hypertower also has an exclusive private club with a sizable infinity pool.
More information about the project will be revealed at a special event on the 16th of November. This will take place at the largest multifunctional indoor stadium in the Middle East, the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.
