Last week, Arada announced the launch of the seventh and final phase of Masaar, called Saro, ahead of schedule, as sales reached AED2.34 billion ($640 million) in the first half of 2023. Masaar is a mega-residential woodland project in New Sharjah, with a master plan valued at AED9.5 billion ($2.6 billion). The project features 3,000 homes spread across seven gated districts, connected by a green spine of over 50,000 trees.
STRONG INVESTOR INTEREST
Investor interest is strong in Sharjah with the city fast becoming a key creative and architectural hub in the MENA region. Saro is no different here with its nature-inspired homes and being part of the award-winning Masaar masterplan. In fact, 813 villas and townhouses have sold in the first half of 2023 alone.
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
Construction is underway on 1,416 homes in the first three residential districts; Sendian, Kaya, and Robinia. The company schedules to deliver the first homes in these districts later in 2023. Arada will also soon award the construction contracts for the fourth, fifth, and sixth phases, Azalea, Sarai, and Sequoia.
SARO DISTRICT FEATURES
Saro district offers idyllic two, three, and four-bedroom townhouses and premium four, five, and six-bedroom villas, including upmarket Saro Forest Signature Villas.
