Arada launches Saro, Masaar masterplan's final phase

Article-Arada launches Saro, Masaar masterplan's final phase

Arada launches final phase of Masaar, Saro, in New Sharjah with strong investor interest, innovative features, and convenient location

Last week, Arada announced the launch of the seventh and final phase of Masaar, called Saro, ahead of schedule, as sales reached AED2.34 billion ($640 million) in the first half of 2023. Masaar is a mega-residential woodland project in New Sharjah, with a master plan valued at AED9.5 billion ($2.6 billion). The project features 3,000 homes spread across seven gated districts, connected by a green spine of over 50,000 trees.

Investor interest is strong in Sharjah with the city fast becoming a key creative and architectural hub in the MENA region. Saro is no different here with its nature-inspired homes and being part of the award-winning Masaar masterplan. In fact, 813 villas and townhouses have sold in the first half of 2023 alone.

Construction is underway on 1,416 homes in the first three residential districts; Sendian, Kaya, and Robinia. The company schedules to deliver the first homes in these districts later in 2023. Arada will also soon award the construction contracts for the fourth, fifth, and sixth phases, Azalea, Sarai, and Sequoia.

Saro district offers idyllic two, three, and four-bedroom townhouses and premium four, five, and six-bedroom villas, including upmarket Saro Forest Signature Villas. Smart features are standard in every Saro home. Larger villas also offer extra privacy, many lounges, expansive terraces, and swimming pools. Arada is expecting to complete these homes in the second quarter of 2026.

Arada's Group CFO, Shimmy Mathew, expects high demand for Saro as it represents the last chance for buyers to invest in Masaar. Interest in Masaar has grown fast since the completion of the central precinct, which has allowed potential buyers to get a feel for what living in the community will be like. Additionally, the recent decision by the Sharjah government to allow all nationalities to buy freehold properties in the Emirate has further boosted interest.

Located on the east side of the Masaar masterplan Saro's residencies are all within a few minutes' walk from Masaar Central. Masaar Central is the community hub offering entertainment, leisure, wellness, and fitness facilities. Residents also have direct access to Masaar's signature forested landscape, outdoor amphitheater, children's waterplay area, and a skate park.

Masaar is strategically located in the Suyoh district, near Tilal City, Sharjah Mosque, and Arada's first project, Nasma Residences. The community has easy access to Emirates Road and Mleiha Road, and is only a 15-minute drive from Sharjah International Airport and a 20-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. So, the project is well positioned for people in all walks of life.

Saro presents a unique and compelling opportunity for investors. With strong demand and innovative features, this nature-inspired community will offer an ideal living experience. As construction progresses and the project's strategic location adds to its appeal, Saro represents a promising investment for buyers looking to be part of this vibrant and well-connected community.
