Aldar Properties has unveiled the launch of its new development, Saadiyat Lagoons. The residential community draws its inspiration from nature including a spectacular view of the Arabian Gulf while also being encircled by gorgeous mangroves. Only UAE citizens may purchase properties on the new development, situated on the east side of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi.
CORE FEATURES AND AMENITIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT
On November 3, 207 homes in the integrated project's first phase will go on sale, with starting prices of AED 6.1 million. The properties come in four-, five-, and six-bedroom designs, giving buyers a variety of villa living options in a distinctive environment. The neighbourhood has been planned with several residential groups divided into three zones. Each zone will have residences with various architectural styles to suit the preferences of Aldar's local clientele.
Each villa will have an option of a warm or cool colour scheme inside, as well as basic or high-end finishes. The option to install a private pod in their garden, which may be used as a majlis or home office, will allow customers to customize their homes further.
An amphitheatre, dry deck water play area, and skate park are all available within the development. Paddle, basketball, and volleyball courts, a climbing wall, and playgrounds are included in addition to extensive open space and parks within the community. Residents will also have access to mosques, three majlises, retail and F&B establishments, a health clinic, gas stations, event facilities, schools and early learning centres within the town.
HOW SAADIYAT LAGOONS CONTRIBUTE TO ALDAR’S BROADER VISION
The project is a part of Aldar's larger master plan for Saadiyat Island. The island is already home to two completed Aldar developments with Jawaher Al Saadiyat and Mamsha Al Saadiyat. But the island will also host two other Aldar projects alongside Saadiyat lagoons with the currently under construction Saadiyat Reserve – The Dunes, and Saadiyat Reserve.
Saadiyat lagoons are situated next to the picturesque Soul Beach at Mamsha Al Saadiyat and Saadiyat Grove, an immersive cultural hotspot. The neighbourhood will be located on the 6.2 million square meter land parcel that Aldar purchased earlier in 2022.
The community will strengthen Saadiyat Island's reputation as a fully developed residential, cultural, and recreational destination. Aldar also anticipates that there will be high demands amongst UAE citizens for properties within the residential community.
