The digital platform DARI has received registrations for 18 new projects located around Abu Dhabi. 5,037 additional residential units will be made available because of these developments at various locations around the Abu Dhabi emirate. These include developments in Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island, and Madinat Zayed amongst other places.
The Yas Island development in particular is a substantial AED 1.15 billion development. So multi-billions of Dirhams worth of developments have been registered on the DARI platform across these 18 new projects alone
Since the platform's introduction in February 2022, 178 projects have been launched. These consist of 74 residential buildings, 43 plots, 49 villas, and 12 mixed-use projects, with variable completion rates of up to 99%.
WHAT IS THE DARI PLATFORM?
DARI is a platform developed by Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT). It combines Abu Dhabi's property services onto a single platform. The platform offers integrated, thorough, and cutting-edge property services. Ten villa construction projects, five residential and commercial construction projects, as well as three mixed-use projects, have been registered to the platform to make up the 18 new registrations.
The DARI platform was introduced by the DMT at the beginning of 2022 to combat real estate scams and fake agents. So, the platform was introduced by the DMT and the Advanced Real Estate Services Company (ADRES) to establish a first-of-its-kind platform in the emirate to aid greater transparency in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.
The platform offers its users a unified interface via which they can access several services. It equally allows local and foreign investors to research potential prospects in the emirate's real estate sector.
The DARI platform now allows clients, organizations, and real estate professionals to access all available services. These include real estate purchasing, selling, and leasing transactions. But it also includes the Tawtheeq paperwork and access to important real estate certificates. Along with many other features that the platform gives to clients, it also includes a database of registered real estate projects, a guide for Abu Dhabi's real estate authorized brokers, and many more functions.
