Elegant waterfront residential resort coming to Hawana Salalah
Muriya has launched "Amazi," a waterfront residential resort in Oman's Hawana Salalah, offering magnificent units on 1 million square metres of prime land

Muriya, a top real estate developer in Oman, has recently launched ‘Amazi’, a highly desirable waterfront residential resort in Hawana Salalah. The project is developed not only in partnership with Orascom Development Holding, a well-known international developer. But also in partnership with OMRAN, Oman's leading government agency for tourism development. Equally, the project is designed by the prestigious architecture firm SB Architects.

A HIGHLY SOUGHT-AFTER DEVELOPMENT IN HAWANA SALALAH

A recent event showing Muriya's unique lifestyle development opened to potential buyers, investors, and other stakeholders. The event put into context, the impressive 1 million square metres of prime land that Amazi will be located on in Hawana Salalah

The project's waterfront units have sold quickly attracting wealthy buyers interested in the luxurious living environment. These buyers are attracted to the many advantages that an upmarket residential resort will offer within Oman’s residential real estate market.

The homes and villas provide the perfect holiday home for people from the GCC and Europe looking for tailored and high-end experiences.

Also, the homes are not only attractive to buyers and investors hoping to gain Omani residency through Oman’s “Investment Residency Programme”. But the homes are also attractive for those expecting high-yield, long-term real estate returns.

IDYLLIC LOCATION WITH RESORT-LIKE FACILITIES

Amazi, offers beautiful views of Oman’s Indian Ocean its white sand beaches. The homes are in a resort-style setting and offer a range of services to make residents feel like they are on vacation.

Seif El Khouly, Chief Development Officer of Muriya, expressed the company's focus on building low-density, spacious homes with a privacy and connectivity-first approach. These homes feature pools that wrap around them and stylish arches for a timeless, efficient design that smoothly combines indoor and outdoor living. The architects have also used elements of Oman's natural beauty into the handcrafted design of the homes.

SEVERAL NATURE-INFUSED RESIDENTIAL AREAS

The resort's name, ‘Amazi’, can be translated as "the source of all good things”. This fits well with the resort's intentions to bring residents closer to nature. To do this, Amazi will reflect on its distinct surroundings, taking inspiration from the natural beauty of Salalah's Wadi Darbat. Several residential areas will also be part of the resort-style community.

These communities include:

  • Amazi Rise, which is situated on a natural hill
  • Amazi Cove, where all units are surrounded by canals
  • Amazi Islands, which offers waterfront living on a chain of smaller connected islands
  • Amazi Beach, which provides a waterfront lifestyle right next to the white sand beach.

As Oman's largest and fastest-growing tourism destination, Hawana Salalah also has a lot to offer. On 7 kilometres of sandy white beaches within the Governorate of Dhofar, freehold houses, feature among a fantastic marina, dining options, a hotel, and more. So, this community provides an exceptional lifestyle for its residents with a high-end living experience at its core.
