SKY AD. Developments, a subsidiary of Diamond Group, has launched Blue Tree at Golden Square, New Cairo. This is the company's most recent project, with an estimated investment of EGP 8 billion.
The 50-acre mixed-use development includes residential, commercial, and administrative units. These are all geared towards creating environmentally friendly living spaces.
As part of its expansion strategy, SKY AD. Developments entered the Egyptian real estate market two years ago. Diamond Group and SKY AD. Developments CEO Abdelrahman Agami stated that the company plans to invest and develop more in the Egyptian market. At record speed, the business has already launched three separate projects.

THE PROJECT HAS A STRONG FOCUS ON HEALTH AND SUSTAINABILITY
81% of the project is being constructed on open areas to promote a healthy active lifestyle. This will offer environmentally friendly and sustainable experiences. It will also help protect the environment and natural resources. Similarly, Blue Tree's buildings have a ground floor and four more levels, with a built-up area that accounts for 19% of the project space. The 1,300 units range in size from 115 to 300 square metres and divide up into luxury and duplex apartments.
SKY AD. Developments have partnered with JZMK partners, one of the world's leading architectural and design companies. This partnership is allowing the company to develop a distinctive design. This design integrates the newest sustainable technology solutions. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2027, with construction beginning in 2023.

SKY AD. Developments entered the Egyptian market in 2021. Its intention was set to build new metropolitan developments. The company soon constructed Residence Eight and Capital Avenue in the New Administrative Capital. Residence Eight sold out within a year of its official launch. While Capital Avenue is a 21,000-square-meter commercial building.
