The developer behind Bahrain’s highly anticipated Marassi Park, Eagle Hills Diyar, has announced that 40% of the 249-unit residential development has been completed. The whole project is projected for completion at the end of the third quarter of 2023.

This project comes as Bahrain’s real estate market strengthens in the post-pandemic environment. Other key projects such as the Bilaj Al Jazayer are a testimony to Bahrain’s strengthening real estate market as a variety of ambitious real estate developments take place in the kingdom.

PROGRESS MADE THUS FAR ON MARASSI PARK

The Marassi Park project has begun preliminary construction work, which includes site preparation, access roads, and foundational work.

At present, the blockwork, aluminum, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works are underway. But equally, the core framework and support beams of the 10-story building are close to completion with 9 levels currently completed.

By the end of August 2022, it is anticipated that a mock-up of the whole project and site area will be ready. This overall site area in question is set to span 7,333 square meters, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 25,500 square meters.

CORE APPEAL OF MARASSI PARK AND MARASSI AL BAHRAIN AS A WHOLE

The Marassi Park development is the largest of three interconnected and contemporary residential buildings within the Marassi Al Bahrain urban project in Bahrain. This project expands across two kilometers of luxurious sandy beaches and waterfront where it features a range of residential and commercial properties positioned on the southern shores of Diayar Al Muharraq.

The project combines modern living with a relaxing yet convenient experience. A convenient experience that is facilitated by the proximity of the development to major national amenities. For example, Marassi Al Bahrain is a 10-minute drive away from the airport, but also a 20-minute and 25-minute drive away from Manama city center and the King Fahad Causeway, respectively.

MARASSI AL BAHRAIN OVERVIEW

As a highly anticipated urban development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Marassi Al Bahrain includes an array of high-end housing, premium shops, leisure, and entertainment.

The project is projected to cost $3 billion and will be comprised of not only 6,600 residential units, and retail space spanning 245,000 square meters. But there will also be two state-of-the-art hotels, a central park spanning 40,000 square meters, a variety of cafes and restaurants, and equally a two-kilometer promenade and a luxurious one-kilometer long sandy beach.

Overall, it is a great destination for ambitious people who want a highly relaxing, yet simultaneously interconnected living experience where a seamless transition between work and relaxation can occur.
